A bot that actually answers customers — not one that just collects tickets nobody reads
Chezis answers customer questions from your own knowledge base — on your website and in Telegram, in the customer's language — and passes your team only what needs a person, with the full context. What's below isn't a mockup — it's a working bot.
The same bot that works for our clients
We run our own support through Chezis — write anything and get a real answer, not a canned one.
From sign-up to your first answered customer — a short, self-service setup
You fill in the sign-up and set everything up yourself, in your browser. A free trial account is reviewed manually before it goes live; channels such as WhatsApp are set up together with our team.
Create your account
Choose a plan or the free trial and confirm your email. Paid plans start automatically after payment; a free account is reviewed manually before it goes live.
Add your knowledge base
Upload your FAQs and policies as text or Markdown, or paste them during sign-up. The bot splits them into answers on its own.
Add the widget to your site
Copy one <script> line from your cabinet into your site. Telegram is optional: choose it at sign-up if your customers use it.
Let your team take over what needs a person
Handed-off conversations arrive in the cabinet queue with full context, and by email. A Telegram operator group is an option, not a requirement.
Built to take load off your support team
Answers from your knowledge base
The bot answers business facts from the text you upload. When something is missing it asks a clarifying question or hands the conversation to a person, instead of inventing an answer.
A cabinet for your operators
A web queue — all, waiting, in progress, closed — with search. Claim, take over, reply, close or return a conversation to the AI. Invite teammates by email; operators are never billed.
Channels you choose
The website widget and the API are included on every plan; Telegram is optional; WhatsApp is set up on request together with our team.
Translation for operators
On the Business plan, operators read customer messages and AI replies in their own language, with the original always shown beneath. An operator's reply is translated into the customer's language and shown as a draft to approve before it is sent; risky texts with amounts or addresses need an explicit check. The cabinet does not refresh by itself: reload the page to see new messages.
Guided diagnostics, your handoff rules
For problems that need several questions the bot asks them step by step and may invite an optional screenshot. You choose how it reacts when a customer asks for a human: connect right away, offer help first, or only when truly needed.
Understands voice and photos
Voice messages are transcribed and images are recognised, so the answer can use them. Recognition can make mistakes. In the website widget, voice messages are a Business plan feature.
Learns with your approval
When an operator resolves something the knowledge base missed, the bot proposes a question-and-answer pair. It is added only after an operator approves it in your Telegram operator group.
Business features
Connectable extra actions: collect a consultation or support request for your operators, guide top-ups with your payment details — and suggest your own. See what is connected under Features in the cabinet.
A widget that looks like yours
Your logo and title in the header, four ready-made themes, and full colour control. Customers see your support, not ours.
Every conversation, searchable
Read what your customers actually asked, search across it, and see where the bot came up short — then fix it by adding one answer to the knowledge base.
Weekly report
How many conversations were closed without an operator, how many went to an operator, and what needs your attention — a short summary once a week, sent to your owner chat in Telegram.
Sensitive data is masked
Supported sensitive values, such as card numbers and codes, are masked before text reaches the AI model, and each company's data is kept separate from every other company's.
Pay for the conversations the bot actually handles
Plans are priced by AI conversations per calendar month — not by messages and not per operator seat, so you can add as many operators as you need. A conversation counts once per calendar month, and only if the AI replied: a chat that is only opened, or handled entirely by a person, doesn't count. The website widget, Telegram and API are included on every plan.
The recommendation is based on volume only. Features such as operator translation are available on Business and can also affect your choice.

The free trial is 14 days and 500 AI conversations in total for the whole trial — it does not renew with a new month — with no card needed. Free accounts are approved manually; paid plans start automatically once the payment is confirmed. Prices are in euro and paid in cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments); nothing renews automatically and there are no overage charges: when the monthly limit is reached, new conversations go to your operators. Above 7,000 conversations a month, terms are agreed individually — write to us. Customers who connected earlier may be on their original terms.
Extra actions for your business — connected, not forced
Beyond answering questions, the bot can perform actions that fit your business. Each one is connected for the businesses that need it — never switched on for everyone. The Features section of your cabinet shows what is connected to your business and what still needs setup.
The questions everyone asks first
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. Sign-up is a form on our site. The only code is one ready-made <script> line for the website widget, which goes into your site template — whoever edits your site does it in a minute.
Do I need Telegram?
No. You can start with just the website widget: conversations and replies live in your Chezis cabinet, and email tells you when a customer needs a person. If your customers use Telegram, choose that option at sign-up — you create the bot with @BotFather and paste the token, so it stays in your own account — or write to us to add it later.
Where does my team answer customers?
In the web cabinet, which has a queue with claim, take-over, reply and close actions. You can invite teammates by email. A Telegram operator group, with one topic per conversation, is optional.
What exactly counts as one conversation?
A customer conversation in which the AI gives at least one reply, counted once per calendar month in your time zone — whether it has five messages or fifty. A chat that is only opened, or handled entirely by a person, doesn't count, and neither do operators.
What happens when the monthly limit is reached?
Nothing is charged automatically. New conversations go to your operators, and the customer is told their question was passed on. Conversations already counted this month continue with the bot, and the limit refreshes at the start of the next calendar month.
What happens when the bot doesn't know the answer?
It is built to answer business facts only from your knowledge base, so when a fact is missing it asks a clarifying question or hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing. What happens when a customer asks for a human is up to you: three handoff settings in the cabinet. No AI is perfectly accurate, so review conversations and keep your knowledge base current.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes — no card, nothing to cancel. It runs for 14 days with 500 AI conversations in total; the allowance does not renew with a new month. Free sign-ups are approved by hand, so there may be a wait before you go live.
How do I pay? Can I pay by card?
Chezis currently accepts cryptocurrency, with prices in euro: you pay an invoice through our payment provider NOWPayments. Card and bank invoices are not available today. Each payment covers 30 days, and nothing renews automatically.
Can I cancel?
Nothing renews by itself, so you simply don't pay for the next period. You can also stop earlier: revoke the token in @BotFather and the bot stops; delete one <script> line and the widget is gone.
What can I upload to the knowledge base?
Plain text and Markdown files in UTF-8. PDF, Word and website import are not available yet. Upload a file again after you change it.
Can Chezis check an order or account in my system?
Not by default. The bot can already collect a support request, including an order number, and pass it to your operators, but it does not look the order up in your system. A check in your own system needs an integration: suggest a feature, small ones can usually be prepared in 1–3 business days after we discuss the task, which is a guideline, not a promise.
How is our data protected?
Supported sensitive values, such as card numbers and codes, are masked before text reaches the AI model, and each company's data is isolated from every other company's. For privacy or data-processing documents, please write to us.
